Ya Sin

Surah Ya-Sin

Verse 10

وَسَوَاءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ أَأَنذَرْتَهُمْ أَمْ لَمْ تُنذِرْهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ

It is the same whether you warn them or not—they will never believe.
