Surah Al-Anbya

Verse 95

وَحَرَامٌ عَلَىٰ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَاهَا أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ

It is impossible for a society which We have destroyed to ever rise again,
